I am so happy that the students were able to see their hard work rewarded. They put a lot of time and preparation into this accomplishment.” When asked what the highlight of the festivities were, Crews added, “Marching at Disney World, right in front of the castle at Magic Kingdom and performing at Cosmic Rays. It was a special moment for all of us.”

Superintendent Howard Hunigan, who remembers the memorable send-off the group of received as they pulled away from the campus, said he knew this team would do extremely well. “We have a group of very talented students and they continually excel at what they do. They make our school, and our district, extremely proud.” For now, the sought-after band members, who are fielding performance requests from local and national requests outlets, are busy preparing for the next competition.
